3. SMS Messaging

By submitting, you agree to be contacted by Inspired Builders via phone, text, and email regarding your project. Msg & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. We do not share or sell your text-message opt-in information to third parties for their own marketing.

Information Sharing

Text message opt-ins are excluded from information sharing with third parties for marketing purposes. Your phone number will not be sold or shared with other companies for their marketing use. We do not participate in lead sharing or co-registration with other brands. Your data may be shared only with service providers who assist us in delivering SMS messages, and these service providers are bound by confidentiality agreements to protect your information.

This restriction protects your SMS consent record and prevents third parties from using it for their own marketing. It does not prevent our contracted providers from processing hashed contact and conversion data solely to measure and optimize Inspired Builders' advertising, as described in Section 4.

How We Use Your Phone Number

Your phone number is used to respond to your project inquiry, discuss scope and scheduling, and send the project-related SMS messages you agreed to receive. We do not use your SMS opt-in consent for unrelated purposes without additional consent.

Message Rates and Opt-Out

Your SMS Rights

You have the right to request access to, modification of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at info@inspiredbu.com.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Our internal team handling your project.
• Service providers used for estimates, scheduling, customer relationships, analytics, advertising measurement and optimization, email, and SMS. This may include sending hashed contact and event data to advertising platforms so they can attribute and improve our campaigns. These providers are contractually limited to the services they provide to us.
• Legal authorities when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

5. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your project is active and for a reasonable period afterward to maintain warranty records, comply with tax and legal obligations, and respond to follow-up questions. Marketing contact information is retained until you opt out.

6. Security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure. If we experience a breach affecting your information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.

7A. California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act:

• Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information. If our advertising measurement or optimization is treated as sharing under California law, you may opt out.
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information.
• Exercise these rights without discrimination.

In the past 12 months, we collected identifiers, project-interest and other commercial information, internet activity, and inferences drawn from that information. We disclosed these categories only to the service providers and advertising platforms described in Section 4.

Email info@inspiredbu.com with the subject "CCPA Request." We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days, with one permitted 45-day extension when needed. An authorized agent may submit a request with written authorization. You may also send a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" request. We will confirm the no-sale status and apply your sharing opt-out request to advertising measurement and optimization where required.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Effective Date above reflects the most recent revision. We will not materially reduce your rights without prior notice.
